El dia dominicano del medico dominicano y de la medico dominicana, es una razon para la fiesta en este fin de semana largo, conmemorativo de la Restauracion de la Republica o de la Guerra Anti-Colonial Restauradora, en el siglo XIX.
Hay multiples razones para insulflar el orgullo patrio siempre sin olvidar que no todos los patriotas dominicanos estan en el Panteon Nacional, como el caso de Maestro Prof. Juan Bosch Gavino, un exportador de contenidos en el siglo XX y un fundador de las herramientas para la superacion del analfabetismo funcional y del analfabetismo cientifico, tecnologico y comunicacional o ALFIN
... desde sus anos de exiliado politico en la Ciudad de La Habana, a donde habia ido a parar para ser editor en Jefe de las Obras Completas de Maestro Eugenio Maria de Hostos, por un contrato con su hijo, en Puerto Rico.
Bosch Gavino, vegano y cibaeno, termino fundando mientras servia de VOLUNTARIO a la causa mundial de las NTICs, en la naciente industria radiofonica continental, la RADIO EDUCATIVA de America, desde Alaska hasta Argentina en 1940, como DJ o Productor de dos programas sobre Historia de America, para lo cual VIAJO a Mexico, desde la Habana, a COMPRAR libros y revistas, a surtirse de una hemerografia y bibliografia ESPECIALIZADA, en:

Cabe aclarar que nuestro heroe del dia, este 16 de Agosto, General Gregorio Luperon, fue tambien un HOMESHOOLER, alguien que se labro su cultura con sus propias manos, mientras trabajaba en la infancia y la juventud, a las ordenes de un rico maderero, que SI TENIA una bliblioteca personal, robusta y actualizada para la epoca, ES ASI y no de otro modo que accedio a las Vidas Paralelas de Plutarco y a muchas otras obras clasicas.

GENTE DE LA CIUDAD, pero de origenes
campesinos a mucha honra:
Punal, Santiago de los Caballeros (1880)
y Santo Domingo-Capital (1880) cuando

era un CAMPO SIN ELECTRICIDAD....
el problema de la economia dominicana,
fue que se nos acabo la paz, con esos inventos,
con esos productos del I+D, de los paises
industriales y post industriales en los anos
60s y tuvimos que diversificar :
el modelo de desarrollo, hacia la industria
TURISTICA, desde 1967...
El problema de la economia dominicana, fue
que se descubrio en las ciencias exactas,
en las ciencias puras, duras o exactas, que:
Habia una correlacion positiva, entre consumo
de AZUCAR y una condicion llamada DIABETES...
Entonces las compras para nuestras exportaciones
bajaron en el mercado mundial de los importadores
de azucar refino y parda...
Pero la nacion dominicana, tenia que seguir
existiendo, desde el trabajo de sus hijos e hijas,
para producir RIQUEZA, para el mercado
domestico y para las exportaciones, mas alla
de los anos 60s...
Hay economistas viejos y jovenes en Republica
Dominicana, prefiero a los economistas JOVENES,
PORQUE CRECIERON COMO YO, siendo
baby boomers y siendo homeshoolers,
por eso recomiendo los dos tomos de
Luis Santos Sosa o recomiendo conversar
en Moca, Provincia Espaillat, con cientificos
de las Ciencias Economicas, como
Polin, Apolinar Beato Ramos, con formacion
-cientifica en Colombia y en Espana-
son gente de la ciudad, que crecieron en el
barrio y luego tuvieron el talento y las multiples
inteligencias, para FUNDAR OFICINAS
especializadas, con socios prominentes como
Danilito Rancier, egresado en CIENCIAS
ADMINISTRATIVAS Y MERCADEO de la PUCMM,
todo esta conectado, porque gran parte de la
riqueza urbana y rural que exhibe Moca, se debe
a las consultorias y trabajo callado de OFICINAS,
en ciencias economicas, como la oficina de
Vinicio, egresado de la UASD, como la Oficina
de Carlos Duran, todos intelectuales de las
ciencias economicas, pero ninguno de ellos,
especializados en turismo, en ciencias del ocio,
ni en la ecuacion del valor agregado de los
servicios al capital intangible y al patrimonio
intangible, ni al capital relacional, ni al capital
simbolico, ni al capital cultural, ni al capital
de las industrias culturales, COMO LA INDUSTRIA
PUBLICITARIA, las canciones, el cine, la radio,
la television y los contactos satelitales de la
comunicacion en la television de pago o
CABLE TV, para eso hacen falta otros tipos
de competencias, conocimientos, estrategias
de medicion y de prospeccion... en el siglo
XXI, para ello hay que volver A LA UNIVERSIDAD,
como casa de estudios superiores, pero mientras
tanto:
